Kodi repo entries can reference external repos, and the exodus repo referenced nrwzum's repo, which was the actual source for the colossus repo update. This account was associated with the unauthorized exodus updates that EchoCoder said were done by TVA, so it's reasonable to assume that this is someone associated with TVA; it's particularly notable that this repo includes an updated version
